Did you add the 65 offers to your WM list within ibotta?
Did you make sure that all 65 offers were available at WM? (not all offers are available at all stores)
Did you scan each item at the store within ibotta app store mode to ensure it qualified? (in other words, do not scan at the home screen, but rather select WM from home screen to get in store mode, and then scan from there?)
Are these offers still in your list?
Have you checked your activity to see if the receipt is pending? (from home screen, select the bell in upper right)
Also, the article you posted a link to is old news and did not necessarily provide a lot of specifics. I has long been widely known that WM and ibotta are intricately linked. There have been struggles at times with improvements, and I am sure these issues are at times related to problems on one and and other times on the other. This is always the case with integrations.
