This is not fair I'm doing everything I'm supposed to do I took the test I found six words I didn't get another badge for it I referred somebody I got my $10 bonus money but yet I can't get a free turkey when other people are getting them

I'm very confused here. My Turkey offer was available to check off and I didn't refer anybody. It keeps saying to "unlock" the turkey offer but if it's locked it should say it's locked or grey it out or something that would indicate its not available. I wouldn't have purchased the turkey tonight if I'd have known I wouldn't get the cash back, despite it looking like the rest of the offers on the page. I'm so annoyed.

I referred  a friend and did not get the free  turkey what should I do ?

You can submit a trouble ticket to the Care Team with information for you and the person you referred. You should give it a couple of hours first you can always reach out to the fabulous @LaraL as well.
