Account locked, no response to help ticket

I’ve learned my account has been locked, I submitted a help ticket for this issue and for a missing $10 credit for a referral on Thursday and still have received no response from Ibotta Care. How much longer do I have to wait? I don’t understand how my account got locked to begin with; I’ve only ever signed in on my own phone and I’ve never submitted an old or counterfeit receipt. I was approved for $88.44 in earnings right before I got locked, this no longer seems like a coincidence to me. Is there anything I can do to speed this up?
