Cant withdrawal to PayPal??

Anyone else having issues withdrawing to paypal today? Ive been with ibotta for over 5 years and have not once had this issue. Ive tried all of the trouble shooting. I took out $90 last night just fine. Today i tried to take $50 out and its saying to try later, or contact ibotta. I did submit a ticket. But like...what the heck yall?

If not, I would give the first transaction time to finish processing.

I use to withdraw my earnings to Paypal, but since Ibotta added the ability to buy gift cards with earnings, I just buy Walmart gift cards instead. 

Not only do I get my money instantly, I get PAID to get my money this way.  And each gift card purchased earns a count towards bonuses.
