You know I'm the type of person who always notifies Ibotta when I get credit for something I didn't purchase...not sure if I'm still that person....
I'm sorry but this makes no sense to me.
1) it was reversed because"I cancelled the order" I proved I didn't. This is what triggered this problem. My proof should have ended this. But it didn't.
2) then I'm told it was reversed because"I used a coupon or promo code" I didn't.
3) now you tell me it was reversed because it was a pharmacy purchase?!?!
I find this troubling.
The redemption went through when you submitted because that's how our automated processes work sometimes with affiliate sites like Chewy. The reversal happened because it was wrongfully credited according to the terms of the offer.
I'm not sure about the coupon or promo code piece, I'm only relaying the information I've been given.
