Well well well her we go again.....
My Chewy credit was reversed because they said my order was cancelled.
It wasn't and I provided proof.
So now they say I used a promo code or discount....I didn't!!!
The reversal was for $8!
I proved that I paid and received the order now it feels like they are looking for a reason to keep my rebate money from me!

Chewy said that or we (Ibotta) did?
Ibotta has now said that I used a coupon or promo. I didn't.
Originally Ibotta said my order was cancelled by Chewy. I proved that was an error.
Now Ibotta days that I used a coupon or promo code. This is the new tact to keep my rebate reversed. This was never the original reason to reverse my $8 rebate credit.
So,
1) I proved that my Chewy order was not cancelled and that I paid for and received it. Ibotta should recredit my rebate. But no....
2) Now Ibotta has decided that I used a coupon or promo code to keep from giving my rebate credit back. There was no coupon on promo code.
What's the date of the transaction and what was the total?
Looking into it, @Roxiesmom. The work day is basically over but I'll check in again tomorrow, does that work?
@Roxiesmom so I heard back, here's what they said:
"The item they purchased, a pharmacy product, wasn't eligible for commission/cash back. The exclusion was listed in the offer details."
So apparently that's why it was reversed, I'm sorry 😞
So why did it go through.
