I purchased a perdue chicken that had to be manually entered in by the cashier and now when I tried to verify my purchase, it asked me to scan the barcode - which I did and it said that it was accepted. But a day later I received an email indicating that my purchase was not verified and was removed. What can I do to have this purchase verified?
Open a ticket. Explain what you just did. And submit pics of front and back of product as well as the UPC.
