It has been 3 days since I contacted support because it won't let me cash out to PayPal! How long does it take? I begged them because I needed the money to buy Thanksgiving food! When I get alot of tickets, they always lock my account, and it's ridiculous! I am so frustrated!

If this is the first time you have reached the $20 minimum, Ibotta recommends you wait 48 hours before trying to withdraw your earnings,. This is for security reasons.
More than likely, your account is locked. If you have already opened a request, it can take 2-3 days to get a response. Due to the Holidays, it could take longer.
You mentioned "When I get a lot of tickets, they always lock my account." You only need to open one ticket for any issue. If you have additional information, don't open a new ticket, add to the existing one.
To open a Request, go to Account in the app and then Help. At the top of the screen is Submit a Request. At the top right, there is a grey circle with a figure in it. Click this and then My support tickets to list all your tickets.
Thank you for your reply. This is not the 1st time for me reaching the $20. And when I said multiple tickets, I meant receipts submitted. Someone finally got back to me, and said it was out of their scope, whatever that means, and they would forward it to the right team. So most likely, it is gonna be yet another 3 days! And I get for security purposes, but I think it is unlikely that someone else would try and withdraw funds to MY PayPal. It is just really irritating and frustrating when you cannot withdraw your money, ESPECIALLY at a holiday. I mean, I think we all do this to get money or gift cards, not just for the heck of it!

I realize they are busy. But I am so frustrated because I really, really needed this money. Why my account is locked, or whatever the issue is, I have no idea. Sometimes it feels like Ibotta just doesn't want to give the money. It's irritating when you have an app for a certain reason, and you follow the rules, and do everything right, and still can't get what is owed to you, or of you do, it takes a week. I want to be able to enjoy using an app, and get what it is supposed to do. Not have to fight tooth and nail to get it.
I cannot believe this issue is still not fixed! You would think since the first person couldn't, or wouldn't fix it, that my ticket would take priority! Sorry, I am just soooo beyond upset and irritated! There was no reason whatsoever to lock my account in the first place! Thanks, Ibotta, for ruining my Thanksgiving! I am just about done with this app, and thinking of deleting, and moving on!
