I was fine this morning and all of a sudden only have online option. I looked at another blog and folks said deleting and reinstalling the app worked for them but it did not work for me. I’m sending a ticket.
I ended up deleting the app, shutting downy phone, turning back on and reinstalling. In store offer is now back for me.
Same prbblem. Just yesterday. It was fine in the store. Then I came home and it looks like they did something new with an extra discount for their CAREPASS program (which I don't have and don't plan to get).

Try uninstalling the app, turning off your phone, turn phone back on, reinstall app. That’s what finally worked for me.
