Several months ago, I placed an order through Gap.com and received credit from Ibotta because I activated the desktop offer before I shopped. Earlier this week, I followed the same process before making a "buy it now" purchase on eBay.com, but it's not listed anywhere in my Ibotta account. I've received the items I purchased already, but it's still not even listed as pending anywhere that I can see. I just made a purchase on Keurig.com, followed the same process (activated offer before shopping), but again, I can't find the purchase (pending or otherwise) in my Ibotta account. Am I doing something wrong? Has something changed? In all three instances, as soon as the retail site loaded, the extension app opened and prompted me to activate the offer.
