This is the only time that I’ve not received money from my Walmart pick up order when I was supposed to. I added all of the free dinner offers and completed the order and checked out. This order was picked up on 11/05 and I still haven’t received my refund. Thank you.
You need to submit a help ticket in the morning. Include a photo of your receipt, the items you purchased and the barcodes of the items. It might take a few days before you hear back from the care team but they can help you.
That’s the problem. I only have a receipt in my email. It’s not a paper receipt. I tried submitting a screen shot of the bar code and it said that it wasn’t valid. I wouldn’t care if it wasn’t for the Thanksgiving items. That was a chunk of money.
