Didn’t receive Cash Back on Product.

They generally ask for a photo for verification purposes but do you have any idea why they're denying it? I'm unable to view tickets so I'm trying to get a better idea of what exactly is going on before I ask around internally.

I posted pictures of the entire online receipt.  I just keep getting closed messages when nothing has been done.  I assume that means it’s declined.  What’s weird is I got the 1% (?) online shopping credit of 16 cents so things were linked, just none of the actual item credits.

Some online shopping is just a percentage off, and it does not give you rebates

What store is it at?

Did you use the chrome extension?

How exactly did you place your online order?

Was it pickup or delivery?

it was walmart and I used my iPad just like I always do.  I have always gotten the % and any items.  I specifically shopped for several from the app where it takes you to all the available choices for the coupon.  I did have one thing shipped, but it wasn’t part of any deal - but it did take longer for my percent to post.

Me and my mom did the free turkey dinner, neither one of us got money back and when reported to ibotta they said my account should already be linked but I never got nothing and neither did my mom

Next time you will likely get more help quicker if you include Walmart in the subject line.

I do not do WM online so I am of no use.  Others who do will stop by.

You can actually change the subject if you choose the down arrow to the right of your subject
