I have tried at least 30 times to verify my email. I know I have the correct email address on file bc I have gotten all other emails from Ibotta, just not the one to verify my email so I can access my money!!
I am trying to cash out my account but I am not receiving the verification emails. I am receiving the log in code emails and other Ibotta emails, so I know my email address is correct. I have checked my SPAM & Junk filters, the verification validation emails are not coming to my email address. I cannot submit a ticket request to Support because it takes me right back to the "verify email" address screen. PLEASE HELP!!!!
I click send the email for security checkpoint. Help how can I get the email. I have clicked that button and no it isn’t in spam.

@christib_hottie it should be confirmed now. I would note that you might still be having issues receiving emails from us though.
I’m having issues as well. I have a support ticket from last week but no response back after the last email. They say I have multiple accounts from years ago but I only want my one account for the email I currently use. Is this possible to fix ? @LaraL
