Hello, I have problems with my email, I never receive the confirmation email and until I confirm it I can not add the payment methods

Could you help me please? I can't login to my account with new iPhone. I lost old phone and dont have access to mobile number. I'm using email verification, tried 10 times with android phone also. no luck. I was able to login with my laptop's browser. I received email verification code.

Sounds like this is something we're aware of and currently working to fix. I'll post an update once I know more.

I tried withdrawing my earnings, but am not receiving the email confirmation. I get other emails to this email address and it's not in spam. The help center was no help in fixing this. Please help!

I'm not receiving a confirmation email, and it is keeping me from withdrawing funds. I have confirmed everything else, I get other emails from ibotta, it just won't send me the email I need to withdraw funds. Seems like others are having this problem, too, please help us resolve this issue.
