So I can't verify my account to get my cashout. I'm not receiving the email to verify my account. But I've received the email to reset my password, to verify my account on another device, and lots of promotional emails (So I know the email isn't blocked) But I can't seem to get the email in order to cash out my earnings.

Looking into the accounts affected by this, it seems some were invalid email addresses and that's why our system wasn't pushing anything out to them.

Hello. I’ve never posted on a community page and have no idea if I’m doing this right. I can not verify my email. It’s not sending me the link and I can’t submit a ticket cuz I can’t verify my email. Ive tried contacting the company but not sure if they are replying since my email isn’t verified maybe the replies aren’t going thru. What can I do?

I've clicked the link to have the confirmation email sent several times but I never receive it. I whitelisted Ibotta but it's still not coming through and isn't in my spam folder. Is there anyone who can help me with this?
