Hi I'm trying to redeem my points and it seems my email it's not connected to my account I'm not receiving the codes to verify my account
when you go to your settings, what email is listed? Is it the one you are trying to use?
lower right......choose ACCOUNT
Then SETTINGS....it lists your email addy in UPDATE PROFILE
While a verified email is important, my understanding is that the codes always come by text. Is your phone number receiving them?
