I cannot receive emails from Ibotta or confirm my email. I logged out of my account and it wont let me log back in. Says wrong email and password and when I try to reset it I am not receiving the emails.

@Allidelisle honestly your best bet is to send a ticket to our support team so they can manually reset the password for you. Tickets can be submitted from here: https://help.ibotta.com/hc/en-us
It is making me sign in to submit a ticket, but I cannot sign in!!
Can you check your spam folder and make sure you don't have emails from ibotta.com blocked?
Yes I did, no emails at all from Ibotta and I made sure that my email is correct
I do not have any emails in the spam and they are not blocked!
Ok so I asked the Care team and you can send them an email requesting help with getting your accounts sorted: accountsupport@ibotta.com
