I am so frustrated that I can't cash out my earnings, and after 5 days, still not fixed by customer care. This is not my 1st time ever cashing out. This just gets really irritating when you can't cash out, and customer care response takes This dang long! If they are THAT busy, then to me, it shows there are serious issues with this app/customer care!
Ibotta should really care more about than they seem to.
