I bought the gift card using my Ibotta balance. it showed I would pay $36 for a $60 gift card. I had funds in my account of $24 y'all did not use my balance and I was charged the full $60. the whole idea of buying a gift card with your Ibotta balance is to save money with cash back and y'all didn't do that.
