When I go to put my number in it tells me another account has that number. I do believe I might of had a account before and then my phone was listed and had to purchase a new one and down load everything. Some things I did I lost this was one and I had to start over so now it won't let me use my number. Can you please help me
At the moment the only way to change phone numbers is through our Care team. I would submit a ticket and let them know that:
Should be an easy fix once they know what needs to be done.
