When I’m trying to withdraw an Amazon gift card it says We’re having trouble connecting. There was a problem getting your information. Please try again later. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I am having this same problem at the moment and have yet to receive a response from support. I’ve verified my account, restarted my app, restarted my phone, and deleted then reinstalled the app to it still not working! I’ve made my account a while ago but I just verified it last night so it should work. I need this money soon. @LaraL what is going on?

@javion864 you attempted to cash out too soon after your first transaction. Try waiting at least 48 hours from your first transaction before initiating a withdrawal.
