It’s been 3-4 days that I’ve been trying to withdraw my earnings. I haven’t got an email from Ibotta and I send 5 emails to them
@Katkillalove Are you a new user, and is this the first time you are withdrawing? Also, have you submitted any receipts, or are your earnings all from referrals?
I have had Ibotta for a little over 1 year now. I submit receipts almost 4 times a week. And now I have been having a problem trying to cash out
@Katkillalove It’s possible that your account has been locked, so I recommend opening up a ticket with the Care Team. Doesn’t mean you did anything wrong. It could just be as simple as a quick review and them unlocking your account.
I haven’t been able to either. I emailed them and they said my account was locked and that they unlocked it. Went to try again and it now says this.
I at least want an email back
It took them a day or two to reply to me.
Mine is doing the exact same thing and I have made several tickets and haven't gotten any help
