I think the more tickets you send the longer it takes. You should just submit one, then wait. You can check on your ticket to make sure it is still open, and as long as it is, they will get to it.
well how do You open up a ticket also if my account is locked why would I still be able to scan my reciepts
@cindymatuszak16 To open a Help Desk ticket, please visit help.ibotta.com or email accountsupport@Ibotta.com. Also, if an account is locked, this will only prevent a saver from withdrawing their earnings. All other functions of the app are still available to use. I hope this helps to clarify.
