@LaraL I attempted resolving this issue a couple different ways with no luck so wanted to provide my experience. I tried out the in app feedback option to request missing cash back, and it appears the missing amount was updated in my activity stream but doesn’t reflect in my balance.
I purchased 4 Royal Rice and initially received 3.75 instead of 5.00 on 1/16. My account balance at 11:17 PM EST on 1/16 was 12.08. The amount in my activity stream was subsequently updated at 12:14 AM EST to include the 5.00 (super speedy! 👍🏼), but my account balance remains the same still (👎🏼).
Maybe I’m missing something here as I’ve received multiple responses telling me everything has been updated. Someone suggested to log off and back in to see the updated balance, which I’ve tried. I think I’m still short and although it’s a small amount, I wanted to provide feedback to see if there is a larger issue relating to the following:
I’d be interested to see if other users have encountered similar issues with the in app feedback option or when purchasing multiples (maybe this is a known issue so apologies if I’m bringing up old news!)

Yeah so that's definitely the balance I'm seeing on our end as well.
I just reached out to someone on the Care team, I'll see if we can figure out what the issue is.
In the meantime I would try sending a very clear response on your ticket stating that you're missing $1.25 in credit.
@Mar45 so it looks like this might be a an issue on our end, so someone from Care should be reaching out to get you the missing credit while we investigate it further.
@LaraL I received an email a little while ago and it looks like my balance is now updated as well. Thanks for helping resolve this so quickly and hopefully a relatively painless fix on your end.
