missing cvs in store option

i just submitted a cvs in store receipt a few days ago and now the in store options is missing

All of a sudden, i was looking for in my favorite (ibotta) retailers, the CVS in-store app and it was gone. I tried everything to try and get it back but I couldn’t . Could someone please tell me what’s going on?  It’s hard to get intouch with ibotta in person. I mean what would be the next step?

I have the same issue  with cvs now,yesterday I was in cvs and I scanned  barcodes to be sure I was getting the right item and it was working fine I got off ibotta and went and  purchased my items went and got in my truck and went to get on ibotta  to scan my receipt  and oh my God there's no option for in store it only online and I have unistalled ibotta and reinstalled  about 3 times and still nothing I have no clue what's going on with ibotta and the cvs app,never had a problem with it before ,I really need this mess fixed asap
