My account got deactivated!

So my account got deactivated. I don’t know what to do and I did nothing wrong. I just got my giftcard and boom 20 minutes later it says I have been deactivated. Can someone help me. Thanks

The Ibotta Community is made up of Ibotta users like you, so we have no way of fixing the problem you are having.

I would recommend opening up a Request.  If you can still get into the app, you can go to Account, then Help, then select Visit the Help Center.  From there, you can submit a Request from the top of the page.
