My receipt bar code is not complete what can I do?

• I buy rebates for ibota but my receipt bar code is not complete I asked to the cashier but she said is nothing she can do it.

Hello @Yolanda1 @and welcome to the boards. I’m not sure I completely understand what you are saying - but if your physical receipt is damaged you can always void the transaction and have them ring it up again.

You will need to select the store you bought from.

Hope you did not pay cash.

You will need"

• Type of card
• Purchase total
• Last 4 of card
• Purchase Date

You can then either print the receipt or scan it on your computer since all you need is the TC#

I assume your purchase was at Walmart.  If you can't scan the barcode, you can enter the TC# by pressing Enter TC# near the bottom half of the screen.
