Newbie needing help!

Hi all!!
So excited to be here, but one question. I linked my grocery store’s loyalty card. I picked the coupons/offers I wanted. If I understand correctly, the money will automatically drop into my earned and ready to withdraw spot. If this is correct, how long does it take? If this is not correct, please correct me. Also, should I save those receipts??

Hi @bellesusan! Welcome to Ibotta!

It depends on the retailer, but it can take up to 72 hours for you to receive cash back from a linked loyalty card. Also, I would recommend saving your receipts until you receive your cash back in your Ibotta account. If for some reason Ibotta does not receive your receipt information, you will need to submit a ticket with pictures of your receipt so that the Care Team can review it for cash back.
