I don’t seem to have the ability to purchase gift cards on the home section of the app. Can’t remember if I ever had it. I heard that it may be an indication of an locked account but there is no indication considering I can still withdraw to gift card or bank. Is this common? Or function is just not available to everyone.
I looked in the community and others say they don’t get a response with a ticket unless they actually are locked out. So I was wondering if there even a fix for this? I can leave it alone but just won’t be able to buy gift cards to get an offer count. I don’t want to put in a ticket that might not get resolved. I would hate to get the gift card function activated but lose ability to withdraw money to bank or redemption gift cards or worst not having anything work.
