Is anyone else not getting their rebates after putting in an online order through the Ibotta app? I have not been getting my rebate offers despite redeeming them online through the Ibotta app. Let me know if anyone else is having this issue.
I generally get my earnings credited to my account. However, a few items and bonuses have been missed on occasion. I just open a help ticket when that happens. I include photos of the receipt if available, items missed and barcode of items. I also include missing bonuses and amount for bonuses missed. Most of the time, I am credited within 48 hours. I hope you get your missing credits soon.

Yes! I made purchases yesterday through Bloomingdales.com and Sephora.com. Neither one came through. Is there a way to get these credited after the fact?
