Reimbursement on email reeipt that is a copy

HEB had to send me a copy of my receipt from my online order that I picked up yesterday. I am owed money from Ibotta on this receipt but as it is a copy I don't think it will automatically give me my rewards.

This is a user forum and is not actively monitored by ibotta staff.   We are all users just like you are.

Ibotta's terms are that you must submit an actual original cash register receipt..  You can try submitting other variants but generally they are rejected.

Create a Help Desk ticket with the ibotta Care Team by visiting help.ibotta.com or by emailing accountsupport@ibotta.com

It may take 3 or 4 business days for them to get back to you.

No.  All communication with Ibotta is through Ibotta Care.  You will have to open a request.

If you placed an Online order with HEB, did you link your account?  You must link your account to get credit.

If you did link your account prior to making the online purchase, you should be able to send them a copy of the email you received from HEB with your detailed purchase.  Ibotta will give you credit if you purchased the correct items.

Please note that it can take 2-3 days to get a response.  If you are due any bonuses, please be sure to include this in your request.
