Reverse tickets

What's going on with all the recent reverse money? I had 5 trips reversed to nothing.  Then when I send a ticket asking they want receipt, but I don't have my receipt. After it goes into my account I usual throw them out.  Anyone else having this problem?

It has not happened to me. That is why I don’t throw out my receipts. I keep them in an envelope labeled under that month. I have heard about people getting audited by Ibotta after their account is shut down and I like to be prepared. Just my opinion.

Trips from 6 months ago were reversed.  But I have the items in my closet. So I am really not sure what happened. I didn’t use coupons nothing
