Reversed

I saw this -$27.24 in my account. My 25 offers has been reversed. I’m so upset and confusing. Why do I have to pay for you? This is totally no make sense.
And I tried to ask you about this detail, keep sending me ‘pictures of products back and front’. That’s impossible! It’s been a month ago. In January, all my Walmart purchased are pending. And now reversed. I definitely earned these offers. 
This is nightmare. I can’t send everything pictures for you. But I swear I did nothing wrong.

Any chance you still have the receipts?

If you use the Walmart app, you can scan your receipts into the app or simply use Walmart Pay.

If you do have the receipts and can figure out which items were in Ibotta in January, you COULD go to Walmart and take pictures of everything while you shop.

Yes, it is a pain.  Personally, I don't think they should approve your offers until they get confirmation from Walmart, but people want to see their money as quickly as they can.

Yes I can see the receipts in my Walmart app. But I don’t know which one do they reversed.

Ugh sounds like a nightmare!! I'd be in big trouble if I had to take pictures of stuff from last month as I may have used or given it away!  hope you get it sorted soon 🙄

You need to contact them they had a problem about a month ago two with it with people's accounts getting reversed and they shouldn't have
