Submitting tickets

I had basically given up on ibotta after a ton of frustration - especially with customer support. I decided to try again this past weekend and take advantage of the Weekend Warrior, Hello Fall, and Seasonal Surprise bonuses. I had 3 shopping trips - 1 at Walmart and 2 at Target. I am properly linked but with each trip not all of my offers were credited. I’m frustrated for two reasons:

1) My seasonal surprise bonus has not been unlocked so I am unable to work towards it

2) I have 3 separate tickets I need to submit but the new system seems to only allow one active ticket at a time? 

How do I move forward?

You could open one ticket and include all three trips on there. Opening three separate tickets just means you would have to wait until each was selected from the queue. But you can definitely open multiple tickets. Click the following link to submit a request.
