Switching device and now can't log in

My husband and I both have ibotta account.  We switched phone and I tried logging into my account on his old phone and can't login.  Tried resetting password 3x and keep getting the error message on his old phone.  Gave back his phone and he was able to log back into his account on his phone and I still could not login back to my account on my phone.   Does this means I'm lockout/deactivated?
