Team Green

How does anyone ever figure out what the team stuff is all about?  I had an email that said i earned a green badge.  Now it looks like if you don't  post stuff you get no points.  I have no idea how this works and don't really think i will get any points.

Well, I guess that is solved, you probably just earned some points. Simply participating in the community can earn credit.
