I am following the instructions as provided by Ibotta, but when I click on the ? I do not see where to view past receipts. The only options are help, report an issue and cancel.
You must be speaking of a WM purchase.
You can't view the receipt because you do not submit it. You only scan the barcode if unlinked.
I always scan my WM receipt into the WM app at the store before I leave so I will always have it available to view later on.
