I now have three separate orders from Walmart that are not showing up in Ibotta. Two of those orders are from over a week ago. I have linked and unlinked my account, Nothing seems to be helping anybody have a fix for this?

Hello,  We are currently re-processing a few batches of receipts to ensure proper offer matching and that you all get the credit you should! This should be complete in the coming days and you should see your credit come through. I'm having the same issue. I spent almost 300$ the other day trying to finish my 5$ bonus and got nothing. Now they want me submit a ticket sith my receipt (online order) and they want a detailed list of offers I missed. Way too much work for something they advertise as being easy. Makes me not want to do it anymore.

I feel the same way. I don’t understand why I have to go and do all this extra work when I did exactly what I was supposed to the first time.

I’m having the same problem as well for the first time ever. I also am having difficulty with getting offers to return when I scan a paper receipt. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

No fix, just wanted to say I picked up a Walmart order yesterday and despite getting the message from Ibotta when I placed the order, there is absolutely no sign of it in the app now.  It happened in January too (the last time I used Ibotta due to frustration).  I put in a help ticket then because it was over $12 that I was missing.  I did finally get most of it but that was after a back and forth of about 7 messages over 4 days.  I had to provide my online receipt twice, a detailed list of rebates I was due twice, and then pictures of the UPC code of each item along with the corresponding amount due (actually had to fish a meat wrapper out of the trash, yuck!). Hence the frustration.  This may be it for me, I am not going through all that again....sucks because I ordered things I wouldn't have if not for the cash back!  Hope you get yours worked out.

As an Ibotta user for over five years, I understand your pain.  I shop in-store at Walmart and always scan my receipt while still in the store.  I rarely have problems.

I have tried Walmart Pickup and Delivery and I had issues.  In my opinion, if you give Ibotta Care your order number, that should be it.  They should be able to look up the order and see EVERYTHING that was purchased when the order was picked up.  But instead, they require PROOF that you purchased everything.

However, I have opened MANY tickets with Ibotta Care over the years.  I have had to send in copies of my receipt/emails and pictures of the items and UPCs,  In every case, I was credited the amount I was owed.  Yes, it took some time, but they have always come through.

Patience is key. I would open a request.
