Walmart receipt already submitted 🤷

I try to scan my Walmart receipt and it says already submitted 🤷. There is no linked Walmart account to my Ibotta account. But it says it recognized a card linked to my Walmart account. Not true. Please help. I really needed the money tonight 🤦

I'm dealing with this same issue and it's very frustrating. There's a reason I don't have my walmart account linked to Ibotta and that's how I want it to stay. I have not received my offers multiple times now, so their system doesn't work when it does it this way.
