Walmart Receipts

I'm going to go ahead & submit a ticket for my September 21 order since it's been so long.

My September 24 order received credit for "any receipt" one day, then credit for the Red, White, Blue Oreos the next day, but about a dozen other offers still without credit.

I went to Walmart early this morning to avoid crowds.  Did my shopping, had my 14 items, checked out, submitted my receipt before I left the store, submission - 14 items accepted.  This would meet my bonus requirements.  This afternoon I checked my Ibotta account.  Only 13 items accepted.  I did submit a ticket, but I am planning to go back to walmart and buy a box of Mac and Cheese to finish this bonus.  I am disappointed.

What is the deal with the 14th?   Did it just not credit it for you?  If the 14th is a valid purchase, and you still have the offer in your list, try resubmitting your receipt.   If it didn't qualify, remember to always scan each item in store within ibotta app in store mode. to ensure match.

Either way, I hope you get your bonus.

I did resubmit and scanned the barcode. Ibotta Added the item but then still refused the credit. Ibotta just does not like the vinegar I guess.  I am going back to Walmart to buy one more item.  In the scheme of things, it is just not that much of a deal.   Thanks for the advice though.  It is appreciated.

I got a response from ibotta for my September 21 order. They credited my missing offers. Still have to submit a ticket for September 24 order.

I heard back from ibotta for my September 24 order. They manually credited just 12 of the missing offers so I didn't get any bonus progress even after all the screenshots and info I sent. They missed one offer, the Pearl Milling syrup $1.00.

Now Walmart has said my password is so old that I must reset it and ibotta can't link my account today 😵

Wow, ok. Did you already reply to the last ticket and let them know about the bonuses? They should credit you for those. As for Walmart and Ibotta not linking, that's something I'm not 100% on. When are you seeing the error?

If WM asked you to change your password via an email, hopefully you checked to make sure it was not a phishing email.

@Rickibotta @Kylasm1977 I was scammed big time a few years ago. I was asked to go to my account with the link that was in the email and change my password and I did. Never again. When I get an email whether it's from my bank or whomever asking to change my password, I always call the company to see if it's legit. And then I go directly to the site. I never click on the link through my email.
