Walmart reciept not found

When I scan the barcode and enter the TC in my Walmart receipt it says receipt not found. I know there are a lot of offers purchased. 

Anyone else?

Myself and my sisters are having this issue too. Only walmart receipts. I had to manually send it in, which is a nightmare too. I went to customer support to see if they were aware or getting to fix and it's been 2 weeks now with no resolution. I just stopped using thr app til its fixed because I'm missing out on alot of credits.  Maybe if more people have issues they will start fixing!

I’m having problems with Walmart receipts too. I paid cash today and scanned the receipt and it just sits and spins on  “finding offers” but nothing  ever comes up.

I have encountered the same issues when trying to submit my Walmart receipts.  This is what I have done to work around the issue. 

1. linked my Walmart pay account to my Ibotta account  
2. manually scan or enter receipt TC number this may require multiple attempts.  when doing so if the items are not automatically selected do not press enter exit out and enter the TC number or scan again until the rebates are automatically selected. 
3. make sure to double check your rebates you might have to search for any that are missed initially.

I bought 8 items earlier at walmart, it only "found" 3 offers. My acct is linked on ibotta so of course I cannot resubmitted it. I had to contact the care team. It is really frustrating! I now am missing out on 5 items for my midweek money maker bonus, the treasure chest bonus, and I would have completed the cottonelle and coca cola with coffee bonus. UGH! Why does it keep doing this!

Try linking your Walmart account, then scanning the receipt in the Walmart app to add your purchase to the account. When it is linked, it should send the info to your ibotta. The time has varied for me lately. Used to be almost instant, now it’s been anywhere from 2-24 hours, but it’s been going through. I haven’t been able to upload directly through the ibotta app for months.

My receipt says no offers found yet I go to Walmart and they are indeed there. Emailed c.s.  Good luck. I’m guessing they are having issues today. 🤷🏽‍♀️
