I have tried multiple times to withdraw my money and cant do it can anybody help or check this for me?
If this is the first time you have withdrawn your earnings, your account could be locked. This is a security issue.
Your best bet is to open a request with Ibotta Care. In the App, go to Account, then to Help.
@LaraL is the only Ibotta employee that might be able to check for you. The rest of us are users like you.
@Shawnaf23 submitting a ticket is the way to go, as @mmoore01 mentioned. It can take 3-5 business to hear back from what I can tell, your account is likely to be unlocked.
I have filled a request for help with this problem. Thank for the help I was not sure why it was locked or If it was. Thought I might have done something but i see a lot of people have the same problem
We don't have a customer service phone number, all support is provided through tickets.
