withdrawing earnings

Hi!

   I am new to ibotta.  I have over $20 that I am trying to withdraw.  I have read the steps to withdraw, but they all begin with "tap withdraw funds."  I am unable to find that button anywhere.  Can someone point me in the right direction?  I thinkI have searched all over my account, but I must be missing something.  Thank you!

@Pretzellove1 do you get the above image when you click the 'Account' button in the bottom 4 link buttons? 

If so are you over 2 days in Ibotta? You have to have your account for at least 2 days and a minimum of $20 of accumulated cash back 

If both of these check, I don't know what to tell you

I don't  get that image, but it has been well over two days since I registered for my account, so I'm unsure. Ido appreciate your help!

I just realized that I had to do it from my phone and not from my account in the extension.  Thank you for helping me figure it out!

I am. thank you. I am finding it difficult to navigate Ibotta.  It's not as easy as I imagined.  I found out that I could only withdraw earnings through the app and not through the web page or the extension . Learning through the help I've received.

There is a bit of a learning curve, that's something we're actually working to simplify.

This community has many very helpful people so it's always a great resource when you're unsure of something.
