withdrawing my earnings...

Looks like it did get locked again an hour or so ago. I wish I better understood what's going on with it but that's not something I have access to.

i was told by customer service that it was locked again because i was trying to withdraw my earnings!!! well duh...of course i was!!! this is really kinda ridiculous!!! i spent time doing what was necessary to gain earnings and then i get penalized for trying to retrieve my earnings!!! does not make any sense!!!

I am currently experiencing the same issue. And I read a few others are having the same issue. I’ve been with Ibotta for years and I’ve been using the same PayPal account for years and now I’m not able to withdraw my earnings. This has never happened before. I’m thinking it’s a technical issue or something.
