@Rickibotta  sadly Suave hand soap was not free as reimbursement was $1 and cost was $1.25.  I'll pay .25 each for hand soap, but I won't pay for body wash that I can get for .97 at WM.

Quick fact:  The titular reference is to how far they travelled. which is about 60,000 miles.  League measurements are different for land and sea.  Nautical depth of 20,000 leagues would be roughly 72,000 miles

I thought 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea was depth.  Obviously, 72,000 miles would be VERY deep.  The Marianas Trench is only 7 miles deep, the deepest spot in all the oceans.

However, your calculations are a bit off....  or the units are.  It is not 60,000 feet.  It should be 60,000 statute miles.

Since you mentioned it, and speaking of things French, that affair brought an end to the practice in the USA.

I never tried those chocolates, at least I don't remember doing so. Seems they are of Italian origin but named after something French.

Thank you for correcting that.  I meant miles.  Not sure what you call that.  It isn't a typo.  and you can't say you fat-fingered it.  So I guess I will just say.   Oops.  Accidentally put feet instead of miles.

Thanks again.  No, leagues was not depth.  I remember learning that in some literature class at Purdue.  It came up in discussion, and there was no internet to check it immediately, because we are oldish.....lol
