Last night at Kroger all but 1 of my offers were properly acknowledged.  I got credit for purchasing a SINGLE Blake's seed bar instead of the 5-pack, so of course I scanned the barcode for the 5-pack box & disclaimed credit for the single bar, then finally submitted the receipt, then I was immediately greeted with a 'receipt pending' message, then a few minutes ago I check the activity ledger

GRRRRRR! 🤬😡😤😖🤮👺👿

So OF COURSE I rescan the receipt and this time I get properly credited for the Blake's seed bar 5-pack.  so I submit and get greeted with another pending status message... SIGHHHH!

I think Ibotta/Kroger is having issues. I scanned a receipt yesterday and it's still pending which is way longer than usual. And on my account front page under "withdraw earnings" line it says $5.95 pending,  when it's $7.35! I have my Snowflake and WW bonuses on hold ($15).  2 seconds after 48hrs tomorrow,  I will send in a ticket.  It's like a receipt gets stuck in purgatory. 

I have been shopping a lot at Kroger lately and this is the third one that's taken more than a few hours.  One magically went through after about 47 hours but the other stayed stuck til about 30 minutes after I sent in the ticket. It's like the CT member just has to click something to get things moving again.

I've been having issues with my store (food lion) recently too....not sure if it is food lion or ibotta acting up...perhaps a bit of both. Sort of tired of doing tickets though.

.....but 🤷‍ .....I want my money so, I gotta do what I gotta do! 😆

@MeLMeL11 Ibotta seems to be having an epic case of The Stupids the past 2 days, the receipt I'm talking about is STILL in pending status, & and now ANOTHER 1 I snapped maybe 2.5 hours ago is also in pending status!

.....they are from NC, but are in like 10 states in the east

....so Kroger lets you scan the receipt?? Food Lion requires you to link on ibotta. Do you get your money instant llike walmart?? 

I usually get mine the next morning, but it has been super spotty the last 2 weeks or so.

@MeLMeL11 I can either scan or link account with Kroger. I usually get cash back in an instant; this past Friday's receipt will probably be the one from Kroger longest pending status.

Do you have Harris Teeter nearby? HT is a Kroger affiliate or subsidiary

Do you live in Dover, Wilmington, Newark or Smyrna?

@Rickibotta Ibotta offers the option of linking Kroger account. Personally I find no benefit in it, I actually feel like I give up upper hand control that I have when scanning the receipts. Early in my Ibotta life I sort of let Ibotta goad me into linking my Kroger account, as if scanning my receipt was 'such a hassle', so 1 day I shopped at Kroger and bought 3 items with cash back & didn't bother scanning my receipt - no cash back in the next 3 days!  Of course I b!+¢#€∆ up a storm with Ibotta care.  In the absence of a decent response, or any response, for that matter, I just decided what the #€££ is so ∆@mn inconvenient about scanning my receipts
