Already missing the POINTSREWARDSPLUS program that just ended. It appears you will have a short wait.
Appears the spend threshold to earn an award has increased from $30 to $40.
- Curious if you will continue earning without reset each month this time.
- Also wondering if they will use printed certs again, or if they will automatically add the points to your POINTSREWARDSPLUS account.
Only details provided so far are:
Starting February 15, spend $40 on participating POINTS REWARDS PLUS products and earn Rewards Points. Check back then for a brand new look, features, and Rewards!

Details should be coming really soon. Until then, here is an idea of participating products. In some instances, it is not all products by a particular partner. That is why I never chased points before.
So, today is the big day. Round two begins today.
Initial observations:
1) PRPP (Points Rewards Plus Program) - This seems to be the abbreviation they have settled on, so I likely will begin using this abbreviation (PRP or PRPP) myself.
2) It makes you 'create an account', even if you participated already. It has all your details filled in, so it is really just a way to have you confirm your details, likely the rewards number being the most important.
3) The structure of the program remains unchanged.
- Purchase qualifying products
- Earn a Catalina certificate on shopping trip after you reach the $40 goal
- Redeem certificate for offer
- For DQs, they expired a few weeks after you 'purchase' them, so likely will be the same
4) The certificate award, as mentioned earlier, has increased to each $40 rather than the $30 we had last time. Still limited to two redemptions per 7 day rolling period. Each eligible Pin Code issued will expire thirty (30) days from the date of print or delivery.
5) Plus, SAVE more with Use 5 Times Digital Coupons and earn double Rewards Points on participating items with your Card and digital coupon now through 2/28. (I think they are saying you earn double points on those using the 5X coupon, and not all purchases for the remainder of February.)
6) Program is set to end January 2, 2024, and like last year, they will have multiple 'monthly' qualifying periods, with an extended initial period. Redemption period of the program will end February 2, 2024, and any points not redeemed by that date will be forfeited As it currently stands, it appears they will have another dark period between July 5, 2023 and August 15, 2023.

7) It looks like they have additional FUEL SAVINGS offers for those of you who drive a lot. The '500 BONUS FUEL POINTS' offer is still 2,000 points If it is like last time, you only can redeem points for one FUEL POINTS selection throughout the life of the promotion. That explains why the points required for 2,000 FUEL POINTS are more than twice that for the 1,000.

The bottom line is that each 'chain' (e.g. Kroger, Fry's, etc) has their own home page for the promotion, so the first few steps are to navigate to the respective home screen.

It will take you to a screen where you choose which store (e.g. Kroger, Fry's) you would like a list of qualifying items from. That will then take you to another screen, where you choose the second box, SHOP THE BRANDS. Then it will take you to a list of qualifying products
PRPP EVENTS - WOW @ GAMES, PRIZES, SAMPLES, & COUPONS
Enter your zip code on the EVENTS screen to see if there is an upcoming event near you. It looks like the first ones are in April. Not a lot of details about this yet. My two closest Krogers have events scheduled for June 17 and June 18. I can't wait. Sounds like fun.
