Shopkick Issues

Anyone else having Shopkicks issues?

I have two receipts pending.  One is from Dec 5 and is worth 1100 kicks.  Another is for 250 kicks.

I emailed customer service with no response.  I Facebook messaged and received a canned response to email with issues.  
I saw where one other person was complaining on Facebook.  Maybe I am just being too impatient.

I would give up to 10 business days.

I’ve been redeeming SK offers right and left and didn’t have any issues recently…..sometimes in the past though it has taken awhile!

I just got credited for my 900 kicks from Dec 4 today. Even though my 700 kicks from Dec 6 went through immediately. Both were Walmart receipts.

I was finally credited.  One was a Walmart receipt and the other was a Sonic receipt.  Thanks.
