If you are a Sprouts APP user, I wonder if you've noticed this glitch that seems to have started earlier this month (or perhaps late July):

• When I redeem DCs, the DCs do NOT disappear from my gallery. 

I should be able to remember the ones I've already purchased, but after time it gets confusing as I try to recall: Is this a NEW DC? or is this one I've already redeemed but still lingering in my gallery?

If you know me by now, you know I've already done the usual drills.....

I'm mostly wondering if other Sprouts APP users are also experiencing & frustrated by this apparent glitch?

@What-Shot , maybe we need to clear cache of the Sprouts app.😉

This has happened to me and then I see the coupon and think I can use it. It doesn't come off. If I haven't remembered I used it before, I show the clerk and they manually give me the discount. When I realized what was happening, I started making a note of the no longer valid DQ, so I won't whine to the clerk.

@What-Shot I've had this happen when I use self checkout, but when I go thru regular line the dc's seem to come up ok. I haven't run into anything where the DC applied had already been used so would t come up. I don't shop at sprouts as often as you do tho

Yes, for a while, the DCs did not come off at self-checkout. Thankfully, that is no longer a problem where I shop. 

Yes.....you know me: App is up to date, cache is cleared, etc.

The only DCs I clearly remember having used are from the FSP. The rest of them I'm don't recall if they are new or previously redeemed.

@What-Shot  In my experience, it takes a few days to drop off of the Sprouts app.

@cjwoody: That also used to be my experience. But the past couple of weeks some of them (but not all) are lingering even longer than a week. 

Wouldn't it be cool if they would re-trigger as long as they show ACTIVE in our gallery?!?!?!?

My store unfortunately doesn’t have self checkout and it’s been at least a month for me. I found it so frustrating that I emailed corporate and all they did was manually remove the ones I told them I used. Not a real permanent solution. Some that I know I haven’t used also don’t always come off at the register and then I have to pull them up and request my money back.
