So last year, I created the thread suggesting using TADA if SB app and website were not allowing redemptions.
Anyway, around 3 or 4 months ago, I was able to submit via the website. I began submitting via SB website from my mobile device. I also kept attempting to submit via the SB app every few submissions.
A few weeks ago, I was able to successfully submit a receipt via the SB app. I now have been able to do so without issue the last 6 submissions.
So for those of you who have been submitting receipts via TADA due to the aforementioned troubles with the SB app / website, you may want to check to see if you also can now submit via the SB app. I hope you are good now.
